Google Allow Dogs in the Office

Apparently, Google allows employees to bring their own dogs into the office to accompany his master working. According to Google, this thing is done in order to make their employees feel more comfortable and calm in working. And based on survey that they did, the presence of a dog in the working environment helps to improve the feeling of relax and fun also stimulate the creativity of the employee. Yoshka in the picture above, is the dogs belongs to Urs Hozle, Senior of VP Google’s Operations. “We realized that the dogs can be a valuable and important parts of the employees’ life, and in many cases, bring them for working and improve the quality of their life,” said Stacy Sullivan, Google’s chief of Culture.

Although the Google’s employees allow bringing their dogs, they also have to keep attention to their dog’s behavior, in order not to disturb other employees. The dogs which behave aggressively are not allowed enter their work’s environment.
